As a former clinical audiologist and healthcare executive, I know what constant anxiety and noise can do to our nervous system.

A few years ago I reconnected to my passion for painting. What began as a personal sanctuary to manage stress quickly improved my overall wellbeing.

Inspired by nature and spirit, my creative works are designed to instill a sense of calm. Quirky characters pop up in unexpected places to keep things playful.

Here on my website you’ll find original fine art, handcrafted tools for inspiration, and calming creative rituals. I hope you give them a try.

In case you’re wondering…

Where can I purchase original paintings?
Original paintings are available through direct studio inquiry and at select local galleries, including Art and Gift by Melody Noel and the O3 Collective.

Do you offer guided painting or beginner-friendly kits?
Yes! My kits and video practices are designed for all levels, especially beginners. A great place to start is by searching for my Peaceful Painting channel on YouTube.

Can art really help with relaxation or stress?
Absolutely. My work is rooted in the idea that creating, even in small ways like doodling, can bring a profound sense of calm and connection. Even science supports this!
